Exclusions:

  • We do not clean up pet waste or address litter boxes.
  • Our service does not include addressing pet stains.
  • We adhere to safety protocols and do not exceed the reach of a two-step ladder. However, we will make every effort to reach high areas using a telescoping pole duster where feasible.
  • Full window cleaning is not included in our standard service. However, we do spot clean heavy traffic window-like areas, such as slider doors and front door fingerprints and smudges, as part of all three cleaning types.
