Cancellation Policy

For One-time and Move Out Cleanings:

• We require a minimum of 48 hours’ advance notice for rescheduling or cancellation to avoid a 50% cancellation charge.
• If rescheduling or cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but reserve the right to charge for the full amount of the service if cancelled.

For Recurring Services:

• We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling recurring cleanings.
• If you need to reschedule or skip a recurring cleaning with less than 24 hours but more than 3 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee.
• If rescheduling with less than 3 hours’ notice, we’ll attempt to reschedule, but reserve the right to charge for the full price of the service.

In the Event of Cancellations and Lockouts:

• Cancellations with less that 3 hours’ notice and lockouts (when we arrive at the property and are unable to gain access) may result in a charge for the full cost of the scheduled service.

Please Note:

• Messages left on our voicemail or emails received outside of business hours will not begin the clock for prior notification. The notification clock will begin once our office is open again.

What is Clutter? Clutter consists of trash, items, knick-knacks, or personal belongings on the countertops or floors of your home. Excessive clutter significantly hinders our ability to clean effectively and stay on schedule.

Why We Need Your Help: To ensure we provide the highest quality service, we ask that you pick up clutter from the areas you want us to clean before we arrive. This helps us avoid missing spots, breaking or misplacing your items, and delays that can affect other scheduled cleanings.

Bio-hazard & Pet Waste Policy

Keeping It Safe and Clean: Our cleaning technicians are trained to handle typical household cleaning tasks, but certain situations require special attention for safety reasons.

Bio-hazard Materials: As an eco-friendly cleaning company, we are not equipped to handle bio-hazard materials such as blood, needles, medicated items, or any other potentially hazardous substances. If such materials are present, we will skip these areas to ensure the safety of our team.

Pet Waste: We understand that pets are part of the family, but their waste can present health hazards. Here’s how we handle pet waste:

• Single Droppings: If we find a single pet dropping that can be easily picked up with a piece of tissue paper, we will dispose of it.
• Excessive Waste: If there are multiple droppings or if waste is spread over a large area, we will clean around it and leave a note on the checklist.
• Urine: If we smell or see urine/pet waste, we will not use our equipment in that area to prevent contamination.
